  I am not sure exactly what you are looking for but 2 kilometers is a long way away. If you want decent image quality at that distance I think your best bet would be a good spotting scope and a digital camera. This is called digiscoping. There is an adapter that fits on the end of the spotting scope that you would hold your camera to. You can achieve the equivalent magnification of an SLR with a 5,000mm lens.   Cost wise you are looking at a couple thousand dollars or more to achieve good quality at that distance.
