sears will have everything. The gps you go on-line and check it with consumer reports. Digital camera the higher the mega-pix the better pictures (test first), laser and resistance tester go with craftsman product and the binoculars test them out @ sears.
who are you trying to stalk
GPS: Buy based on the specific features you need. Do you need to map locations or just get longitude and latitude? Magellan makes good GPSs.
Digital Camera: Look for high megapixels and high optical zoom (not digital zoom). Optical zoom works like a 35mm camera using lenses, digital zoom magnitifies using software and can make your pictures ‘grainy’. If you will be taking pictures from really far away, consider a camera that allows you to add a lenses on the front. Also, a lot of manufacturers have a ‘stablizer’ function that minimizes the hands shakiness blurring photos. Also consider battery type. A lot of cameras can only use batteries made for that camera. Some cameras still can use AA’s. That might be more helpful in the field because you can carry spare AA’s and not have to worry about losing expensive (very expensive) brand-specific batteries.
Resistance Tester: Do you need to measure voltage and amps too? Fluke makes really good meters. Here’s a link to a resistance meter:
Binoculars: If you are going to be the main person using them, make sure they fit your eyes properly and that they are comfortable. I’ve used Swarovski binoculars, they are excellent, though a bit pricey. I would buy binoculars based on lens quality (considering that’s all there is to them).

I do not know about laser distance meters. I wouldn’t give advice about something I wasn’t confident with.
Good luck!

There are certain things you have failed to tell us. What is your budget? As for the binoculars and digital camera what will they be used for? You do mention they are for a GSM company. I assume then that they are general purpose.
Binoculars for general purpose without knowing more specifics of usage should be about 8 or 10 power and have objective lenses of about 30 to 40 mm. They should be water proof and fog proof just in case. Since they might be used by anyone, they should have an eye relief of at least 17 mm so someone wearing glasses can easily use them.
Here is a link to a pair that meets these specs that are not overly expensive yet of excellent quality.
Digital camera
This is a really tough one to advise on because without knowing what its purpose is I am shooting in the dark.
For the most flexibility without a great deal of cost, you might consider a Canon Powershot S5 IS. Not overly expensive but has a very wide zoom lense and is very flexible. It is not a compact camera however but has plenty of flexibility for general purpose use.
